Ranked Champion Select Bug

During champion select in Solo/Duo rank queue, I encountered a bug where the enemy team was selecting Ryze and the screen appeared to have frozen at exactly 0 seconds. Consequently, I was not able to select my champion due to the fact that it was not my turn to select a champion and was booted out of the champion select screen without any hope of selecting a champion. Has anyone else encountered this bug and/or found a solution?
