Client bug

I have had this problem for 3 days. It takes 5 minutes to join in, then I press play. The button turns grey. It gets me in a lobby after 10-20 minutes. I press play it takes me in a Q , and after pressing the button where I accept to get in a champion select . The summoner has 0 seconds. I pick my champion (but it happens very very very rare. Usually I can not even get in the lobby) In game sometimes happens to not have any animation still my ping and fps are fine, I see my health bar going down and I am the only one on the map who can move. Please fix this I love this game don't make me quit.
