MAJOR Problems on the PBE server

I know this isn't supposed to go into the NA boards, but the PBE Server boards and functions are inoperable.

I recently started playing on the PBE server for the first time, Kai'Sa is just being released and tested by us on the server, and I very quickly made new friends, much to my surprise. However, no less than 3 champion select screens are dodged per queue when one angry summoner dodges because they don't get to play the new champion. When you finally get into the game, someone inevitably gets angry at something, and intentionally disconnects from the game before 20 minutes. You report them, everyone in the game does. This is summoners intentionally leaving the game, most of the time saying that they're leaving the game and don't care that they'll get reported before finally leaving. Never receive a message "Because of a recent report by you..." That message never arrives.

Also, half the people playing the new champion assume they're broken and play poorly without understanding what their abilities do, feed, continue to go in after feeding to feed more, and make the game impossible to enjoy or win.

Public Service Announcement: when you're unfamiliar with a champion, the practice tool is great for changing that.

So, after all, I inevitably find a bug. I go to report it... the PBE website is broken. You can't report bugs. ...well, that seems detrimental to it's own end. Go to start a discussion about the broken Bug Report tool. ...The "Create a Discussion" button is also broken. (In the words of Rakan) ... seriously?!

Riot... I don't know how many people you have working for you, or how much money you guys make in a year, or if suddenly half your staff quit/went on strike and you didn't replace them. But when you tell people "please help us create a better game" and we take the time and effort to do so, only to learn that there's no way to actually give you the information... that's an insult.

You're insulting your players by asking for their participation in the PBE, and then having the recording tool designed for player and game/client behaviors break without any temporary solution or acknowledgement of the problem. Maybe you have an email address for problems when the "PBE Report a Bug" is not responding, but I'd recommend making that readily available to all players with a PBE account. I can't believe I just had to type that, honestly.

As it is, I've forgotten the bug almost entirely (it involved Poppy's W and Kai'Sa's R not responding to it).

Please, help us help you, and make the process as painless as possible. I actually had a more toxic experience playing on PBE for 4 days than in 2 years of playing League on the Live server (and I didn't even know that was possible! Isn't the PBE supposed to have fewer players with reportable behavior?). I'll go ahead and go back to using PBE exclusively to sample skins in the practice mode, so I don't waste money on my main account for skins I'm not a fan of.

I wanted to help. I ended up writing a discussion post about how that backfired dramatically.
