Honor Screen Flair Not Showing

So, I started playing Xayah yesterday because of the free champion rotation but the thing is every time I get honored at the end of the game, the loading screen flair doesn't appear at my very next game at all. I am honor level 4. I even got to checkpoint 2 today and I haven't been reported or banned in any way. So, why doesn't the loading screen flair appear?
