Riven bugs

You probably know that riven's mechanic : when u have 40% or more cd reducution u can use your q endlessly if u wait to the end of "time you can recast a spell" but if you wait for 2 long or when u hit 45% cd , often your 3rd q gets instanly transformed into 1st q and doesnt knock up . As a riven player i often stack q before jumping into teamfights and when i dont get knock-up effect im immediately dead(i can only use w but i wont be able to cancel auto and do hydra which means i can't oneshoot my targets. That was 1st bug , 2nd one is the fact you can not use (or can 1 time for 3 times u click it ) your q while holding tab, as a riven you are all the time stacking your q and walljumping and trying to get back to lane as fast as possible , but meanwhile you wanna look how game is going , who feed who is fed , is enemy jungler a real threat and stuff , and its really disturbing that your q doesnt cast : / . Wish you will fix both bugs
