[Client] Static Sound Every Time I Open the League Client.

There is a low volume sound (static) that is playing whenever I open up the league client. I can't enable or disable the login music. The static persists past the login screen and goes away for a few seconds when I click on something like "PLAY" (the buttons that make a sound). The low volume static goes away after I close out the client. Anyone have a fix?
