Dravens axe catching indicator has poor clarity (bug)

The bug started a couple of months ago. The issue is Draven's axe catching indicator is no longer the bright, substantial circle it used to be. It is now a dim, pea sized, poor clarity circle that makes it difficult to track/catch axes. I've tried various troubleshooting methods including using the hextech tool to repatch and reinstall without any success. Please help!
