lvl up reward

I quitted game during the game because of the WiFi problem, and I accessed it without login process. after the game ended, I clicked lvl up reward. after I clicked that reward, my lol page shut downed. I think the reason of that is I quitted the game during the game and accessed it without login process. so I tried to open that lol page, but I couldn't it said "there is a problem with server so you can't open it now" like this. so I clicked help, but It did not open too. so I checked my WiFi through youtube, or other program that need WiFi. I tried it more than 10 times, after 20 or 30 mins later, I tried again, and I opened lol page. so I clicked root page and tried to open my lvl up box, but there was nothing in my root. so I want to get my 5 lvl up reward back.
