Ekko Thunderlords bug with video

Ekko is procing thunderlords with only 2 damage ticks, instead of 3.

Notice how I blink using my E, then land 1 charge of Q, which procs thunderlords, but not my passive.

His E counts as 2 ticks, 1 for the basic attack and 1 for the ability itself.
