[GAMEPLAY] Swain e not dealing damage or rooting enemy nasus on return.

I used my e on Nasus and it obviously hit him on the return, however it did not deal any damage at all, or root him for that matter. I am unsure of how to replicate this bug, however the enemy nasus had cleptomancy and was currently ulting, as you can see in the video. I have been playing swain nonstop after his rework and this has happened atleast once again, against a shyvana. This was the one time my e interacted in such a way in that game.
