Game Crashes In-Game, Forced To Restart PC,Screen Goes Static

Hi there, so I've been playing for a few months and my games have been weird. Sometimes, it would just crash, usually around 0:30-1:30. I have to completely shut down my computer and restart the client, hence losing a good 4-7 minutes, most of the early game. It is really a big issue for me since whenever I get into a game I'm really scared it'll crash. Any tips would be useful. I've resorted to playing tft before a game to see if it crashes or not.
