losing my first series because riot crashes

so i just got in my promos and my next game crashed and i lost my first game. will league find or fix that and be able to tell if someone dropped or the league crashes... this is not the only time it happened. Are there ways i can do to prevent it in the future? i think there should be a grace for people dropping if it isnt consistent like a drop a day because there are many reason why people would drop or in my case riot will crash.

If you post over on the Help & Support board the Rioters there may be able to assist you. If your crashes are consistent it shouldn't be hard to figure out what's causing it, but if it only happened once there's probably not much you can do besides playing a test match before going into your Ranked games.
