Rune Page Bug in Dynamic Ranked Queue

Sorting through several rune pages and updating them for the new season. Hopped in to Ranked Dynamic Queue and when it came time to select my champ, runes and masteries, none of my rune pages had actually changes. Neither the name of the page or the contents of the page were actually effected when in Dynamic Queue. Haven't reset client yet because I just rolled with the runes I had for the game. More updates after game is finished.

UPDATE: Restarted the Client fixed the issue. Very bizarre.
