[Client] Small bug in the loading screen

I alt+tabbed during the loading screen and when I came back Kog`Maw's portrait was messed up a little. I have dual monitors if you think that makes a difference or not. I'm not sure if this is a client bug or game bug but I figured it might be more of a client bug so that's what I marked the post as.

Edit: Fixed the image so it didn't include the summoner's name

It's a known bug that has been addressed; Riot will most likely fix it in the next patch.
