Can anyone help reset this to normal without having to repair client?

Mine does that too, its been like that for the last few updates as well. Really annoying to say the least, even if it is just a small thing.
Do you have your screen set to zoom everything into 125%? or is it at 100%? If so try 125% and see if that fixes it at all. Client repair doesn't take very long really.
