Not the way you report a bug.. but i do agree, Brand's ultimate has been acting.. wonkey, often not bouncing at all for me at times, even tho it has multiple targets available.

In the future, please report issues with repro steps, or at least a description of what you're experiencing. Screenshots, gifs and videos are also helpful in terms of helping us figure out what's going on.
Also, please check the bug forums, as many issues have already been reported. In this case, this Brand issue has been reported several times and has been replied to. ^-^
We're aware of this issue, and it should be resolved in 6.3.
