Sion bug occurring at 7:25 pm PST

33 minutes into my last game as SIon jungle, my Q and R abilities became unresponsive. I could type q and r into the chat box, but couldnt get either of the abilities to activate for the remainder of the game.

Could be affecting any champion with an AOE-like ability that stems from the champion itself. Pretty game-breaking for a lot of champions.
