Stuck in game error

I just finished a game due to a remake and it is still stuck in the same game as the only option i have is to 'reconnect' and every time i do this i just get a black screen and then an error message saying connection problem. I have tried ending league and restarting my PC but it is still happening!

Any help would be appreciated?

hey sir , unfortunately , im in the same situation , i checked the previous topic and i havent found any clues about how to fix it , Begging and praying for a fix :)
