Garen Bug/glitch

Noticed that when i tried to use (E) Judgement on Gromp he took no damage, happened at least 2 times in the match when i attempted to kill Gromp. I also noticed that Braum also did not take any damage from (E) Judgment. I attempted to use it on him several times during a match and he did not take any damage. Not sure if it persists to other champs.

Autos and Q seem to have a slightly larger range than E right now, so it's possible to be auto attacking something and start your spin, but do no damage from your spin.
