My friends don't receive their RP or BE gifts !

Anyone else with this problem ? Gifted a skin to a friend yesterday but he didnt receive it. So i tried gifting another friend a summoner Icon with BE but he didnt receive it either.

Anyone ?

EDIT: It's a notification problem. The friends received their gifts, but are not notified by the cilent. Now they dont even know what a nice guy I am [cass-cry]
