Everything gets f*ked after league match ends.

So this bug started roughly 3 months ago, and it literally only happens to league of legends, it's insanely frustrating.

My game takes like 1 min to show post game screen, it freezes everything, my discord, my explorer.exe is also affected. Sometimes my cursor would have no effect, even if I click at something, it does nothing until I restart explorer.exe task. I can't even use shortcuts to pause music in game, and when the game ends and I wait this long 1-3 mins to get my pc working again after the game ends, I have to restart mostly everything for them to function properly.

I reinstalled windows, I reinstalled league of legends completely, I changed locations, I did everything, and again, this problem ONLY happens in league. I play much more demanding games and this never happens.
