homeguard bug

so i get this bug sometimes out of nowhere when i go to recharge my health or run fast out of my base the homeguards for some reason just dont work even though i clearly have them equipped and this little bug sometimes loses me games idk if anyone out there has seen this or dealt with it but i would really like riot to check into this little thing.
