"Play Again" Bug

Me and my friends have a bug after we finish a game. Frequently when we want to play more games and we press "Play Again" it takes us to "Custon Game Lobby" .

Can you fix this bug? :/

This happen often when you are in duo queue , but not shows up in Patch 5.13 yet
