Ranked Client Glitch?

Well, I was getting ready for a ranked match and the loading screen came up for the game. Which is normal. Then suddenly the game crashed, I went to open it up again and it starts updating my client? Chances are I have been reported as well for being afk. I'm currently waiting for this damn update to finish and I have been set back a ranked match for this which is completely unfair especially since it's not even my fault, it's the game's. Could someone look into this? It will show my most recent game that I was afk the entire time. I have added a screenshot showing that it's updating for no apparent reason. Could you please sort this out? And at least make it so I'm not punished for it... thanks. If you need more details, just say.
