Weird Level Up Glitch

So I was playing ARAM with my friends,and everytime I leveled up,this "thing" appeared on my inventory.However,if i pressed the "+" button on an ability,it would dissapear.

I encountered this aswell and actually came to report it until i saw this. But when i upgraded an ability it wouldn't go away until i used an item.

Same problem, got it in a bots game as Quinn. Got it to disappear by moving items between slots (sometimes), using a consumable/active item, or alt-tabbing.

Ye got the same visual bug. It disappears only if you alt+Tab. But come up again when you lvlup.

Same problem here. An easy trick to remove it is to move items in your slot, and simply use a consumable.
