Sheen bug? And CDR bug?

1.) It's give you AD to your AD points not only to your AA. It's a bit weird because the AD ratios on the abilities will go up too! 2.) If I buy 10%CDR I get 20%CDR but when I buy a next 10%CDR it won't be 30%CDR. But that 10%CDR weird CDR are in use.
