Fizz E vs Blitzcrank bug

After playing Fizz since his release, I dont know if I never noticed it or if its a new thing, but Ive been pulled out of my E by Blitz every single time, as long as he had it started up and went for the auto when I casted E, I would always get it canceled, and it would go on cooldown, this is the only thing Ive ever seen knock me out of my E as you know.. Thats not supposed to happen. This happened every single time without fail.
