Client/Crash

Hey, is anyone else experiencing client drop and/or lag? in champ select it will occasionally say disconnected from the chat server and wont let me do anything, ive lost 2 promo series due to "leaving or not picking a champ or ban" and its literally not my fault, i cant do anything about it. Any suggestions?
