Patcher not working on windows 10

Just clean install windows 10 and installs fine but when i go to patch the game nothing shows up

I have the same problem. I open League of Legends and it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." and gives me the Close Program button. I have tried restarting and opening multiple times but it still wont open.
