Mac all chat glitch

I type in call chat using shift enter and type something, shortly after I level up an ability such as Q using control-q. This then causes nothing to work other than q,w-e-r and right clicking. But right clicking causes you to attack whatever is near you (Such as pressing a left click). I can not move the map using the mini map, I can not press space bar to get back to my character etc. Please fix this bug, I have to dc or die for the bug to get reverted. Thanks.

This happens to me as-well except it happens to me without leveling up using control q and it is the most annoying thing because i have to stop playing and people report you for afk when you just don't want to feed So please fix this bug rito

why is this deleted!! this is still a real bug that happens every game to me! :(
