My previous rank is not showing on my profile nor lobby just loading screen? Weird (NOT Border)

So I been having a weird issue with my previous rank

I know there was a lot of changes to ranked this season including previous rank border not showing it's just a _ranked banner trim _now on your profile and lobby and loading screen (when you click on your champion) just the trim shows.

First I'll talk about my ranked history a bit

In season 7 I was Platinum in SoloQ and Diamond in Flex >- so It was showing Diamond on my profile page In season 8, which is last season, I haven't played soloQ just Flex and managed to get Diamond again Season 9 (current season) when season started I switched from EUW to NA and I got my Ranked rewards and everything, and my Diamond banner trim was showing on my profile (yay, got rewards!) and then I had to click on my icon top right of the client and enable the check box to show my previous ranked in Lobby and Loading Screen

So I checked it and my profile was showing everywhere as Diamond, on my profile, lobby and loading screen with no issue this was my profile for example ( https://prnt.sc/myxobs ) you can see the ranked banner trim on bottom right, the diamond from last season, this screenshot was taken about 2 weeks or so (before the Morgana and Kayle changes patch, and yes my name was different, had a name change during this period) I also got the icon reward! ( https://prnt.sc/myte0j ) and my rank banner trim was also showing on loading screen and as well as Lobby ( https://prnt.sc/mytfd7 )

Suddenly, a bug hit me hard

Everything went downhill, my profile ranked banner trim DISAPPEARED after Kayle & Morgana changes patch -> http://prntscr.com/n0puxg NO, I didn't get banned or chat restricted or anything!

I'm so so so confused about this, actually super confused, does anyone have an idea of what might have caused this?

I went from

Season 9 started: Got rewards v

Diamond on profile -> Diamond on profile gone Diamond on Lobby -> Diamond on lobby gone Diamond on loading screen -> Still have Diamond on loading screen

This is very odd, right? Because when you enable the box on top right in your icons to show past ranked, it enables both lobby & loading screen because showing past rank on profile is default, so how can loading screen be still there? but lobby and profile are gone?

2. • No I wasn't banned nor chat restricted
3. • I received my ranked rewards from last season (Diamond in Flex on my profile)
4. • Ranked Diamond banner trim on profile and lobby disappeared after Kayle & Morgana Patch, loading screen banner trim stayed
