I use a laptop with a resolution of 1366 x 768 (my max setting). When I open the launcher, the resolution does not show the entire frame and I can't even click "ok" to the agreements after patch to start playing. Here's the screenshot link. I have the same problem. After checking around a bit, I've seen a possible but annoying solution. The problem may be involved with the Windows DPI options, assuming you use a base DPI higher than 100%, and Windows.
Not sure about Windows XP/Vista/8, but in Windows 7:
Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Make text and other items larger or smaller
Check Smaller - 100% (default) and click Apply
This may require a relogin / restart.
I don't like this, as I have a large monitor and I need the text to be larger so I can read it, but it may fix the problem until Riot does.
