Keys and Boxes

From what i know,

If keys are harder and harder to obtain until the reset of each month, and getting the keys are almost impossible when on the 4th box, then why is there an option to buy a box without the key?

Wouldn't it make sense to make a box+key only and a key only option to buy. Cause let's face it, we aren't gonna stack upon more keys than boxes, unless you encourage people to just play one champion only and never get boxes.

You get boxes from getting an S rank of any kind with a champion (but only with that champion once a season), and key fragments are obtained by winning a match.

If you are in a premade group it increases your odds of getting both a Mastery Chest (since only one of you needs to get any S in a group for everyone to get the chest) and a Key fragment.
