Loot Bug

Hello,I want to report a bug.When i get S- or highier in ranked or urf or any kind of mode i dont get chest in loot i just get S-,i didnt had S- on that champ so i played him,got an s- and didnt got any chest.Please fix that bug it happend to me a lot of times (on Xin,Miss Fortune,Kayn,Vayne).Please fix it and give me just 1 chest, i nedd 4 chests but doesn't matter.Pls fix bug/glitch and give me just 1 chest.Even if my friend get's S- or highier i can't get it on any champ.Please Fix it i would help me a lot and maybe other players,Thanks for listening.Bye!
