[CRASH] Connecting issue when starting a game

I have experienced same issue for three weeks now. Everytime players have locked down their picks (ARAM, normal, ranked, invasion) and game is about to start I got the normal screen displaying champions but after 5 seconds I get this message "Network Warning: You have disconnected. Please check your internet connection and try again." and the game window shuts down.

Now I know that this MIGHT be an issue with my network BUT my network has been otherwise working well and this happens EVERYtime I connect to a new game. After a few tries, say 3-8 times, I'm able to connect to the game and I have no lag. I've checked my firewall settings and add League of Legends to the "safe list".

Is anyone else experiencing same issue? I'm using Windows 10 and running client version 7.18.202.2988.

Yes. Ever since the last patch update, every single game does this to me. I can only load into a game if my champion portrait is the only one in the loading screen.
