CRASH DUMP! Someone please check this out.

im doing this for the second time so i can secure someone checking it. everytime i enter a game of league (no problems in champ select or loading screen) my screen freezes and it opens a pop wich says System error would u like to create crash dump. I need help , this is frustrating!
