I got S twice on Sivir but i did not recived the chest (and no, i didn't recived a chest allready this season) the icon in the champion collection menu shows "no chest recived". This issue is only on Sivir.

you might have maxed the number of chest available to you at the moment. You might have to wait a few days before your eligible for another chest regardless of score/champion.
