Can't Get Into Game After Champ Select

Hello Riot,

I can NOT get into a game since the patch. I do not have any of the "known common issues" (I even deleted all Razer software from my computer). I put in a support ticket but haven't heard a word back. I haven't played in more than a week now. Can you PLEASE help me? I would greatly appreciate it.
