Crashing during dynamic que's champ select

It's happened to me for the 20th time now and i'm tired of getting the dodge punishment for something I have no control over. Riot Games, as if there was more than one game, needs to fix this spaghetti code because nothing make me wanna play this long 30 minute game less than waiting 10 minutes for the que go through a 5 minute long champ select to get a dodge ban.
