Fix the Goddamn Elise spider E. (repost).

You might just think I'm complaining, but this seems like it has been a problem for years, and ofc others have posted about this. If you play Elise regularly you'll probably relate better to this, her fucking rappel just doesn't do what you want it to do most of the time, Feels like it never goes on the target when you click on them in the Goddamn range but still goes on ones slightly on the edge of the range, never fucking makes you go into the air when you spam presss it and now the target has gotten away, sometimes it also feels like it forces you straight back onto the ground. I swear, it feels like this ability is bugged. Fix it already. I have no problems clicking abilties on any other ability in her kit or any other Goddamn champion.
