GLITCHY PIRATE RYZE

Its not really a big deal but when you joke with pirate ryze he does regular ryze joke, which doesnt makes sense so feel free to change it, itll make me happy, but also the main prob he doesnt always use it straight away and it starts glitching while hes drinking
