Surrender abuse (Ending game with just 3 votes)

So I found out a bug that can be abused pretty freely at the moment, if you have all 5 players voting for surrender, 3 of those vote, and then 1 of those 3 who voted already, quits -> game ends after voting ends even if 2 players didn't even vote yet.

We had situation where 3 voted yes, 1 voted no -> We lost a teamfight, 1 of those yes voters quit and 5 seconds later the vote ended -> it assumed our team only had 4 players so 3-1 vote was enough for surrendering, even only 3 voted yes and 1 didn't vote at all. And no I'm not mistaken, it clearly showed 3-1 votes in the end.

So this is clearly something that should be fixed or people will start to use it especially when you play as a group and just want to surrender instead of tryharding.
