bug report

hi im reporting the champ varus when ever i use a skill or s spell he stalls for like 2 or somtimes even 5 seconds before using skills or spells now i allready checked to see if it was lag but its not every time it happends the game is still real time and i can still move my character and the txt on the chat bar also i have 90-128 ping mostly no lag
