Not connecting to any matches

Every games I had today It wouldn't connect to the loading screen. It wouldn't let me reconnect after closing the client. I also got a leave busters for something riot is doing. I know its not my account or anything. I tried on both my main and smurf if anyone is experiencing this problem and solved it please comment.
