I was 1 win 1 loss in promos and after I played the 3rd game and won it basicly didn't rank me up, I don't know if other players in the respective game had the same problem. The game in question is the cho'gath game.
There is a problem causing your played games to not be counted. A sign is that you don't have a grade. On the Cho game you don't have one (D,C,B,A,S). On all others you have. I had this problem too but it doesn't happen always, just sometimes
I won't reccomend you submiting a ticked beacuse riot will just reset your promos but if you want go for it. Right now if you lose you won't get you devision so yeah. It's kinda better just to ask for reset and try again. And who knows, Riot may even count you win and you are done.
