quest progress bug.

there is a bug in the quests of : " roar of demacia" and " king's peace" i did win.. more than 1 game.. in pvp .. summoners rift, aram ... got first blood.. multiple times.. yet it does not count as progress in the quest nor completes it.. i have been suffering from this bug for 2 days now.. and i wont achieve some of the timed quest which will be ending today did anyone else get this bug?? is there a fix? i did try restarting client .. and repairing the client.. no progress. thanks in advance if anyone reads it. and if you can help
