[Client] Can't Ban During Champion Select

During champion selection, a few of us couldn't manage to ban champions during the champion selection (sorry the timer was down to 0 when the screenshot was taking, but I had well 16s left). Shown in chat is that I wasn't the only one. The queue exited stating there was an error during champion selection (but we were in banning phase).

Following trying to queue again; I received a queue dodge timer as if I exited during the process instead of being kicked out by the client.

I think the client had someone kicked/dodged but applied the penalty to everyone. Graying out the ban button and having an important delay before the lobby showed up again.
