honour level up bug

so for the past 4 months ive been honour level 0 and from then after games twice so far ive gotten a little pop up that says "Honour up gg" and ive asked around and that is suppose to increase your honour level and yet i still am level 0 even though ive had this pop up twice and i havn't recieved any bans so is it meant to not honour up or bug?
