another fear bug? flash out while knockup

blitz pulled enemy quinn on the shaco's box quinn got insta fear blitz used E for knock up, but she flashed out while knock up.

quinn had tenacity boots so i guess it reduce fear duration but tenacity does not reduce knock up duration right?

If I'm correct, stacking CC degrades the duration of the CC. I'm not sure if those CC changes were ever implemented since I always chain CC.
