initial client download (from scratch) been running since 10 A.M. eastern time

hey Riot support just trying to download the client for like a day now.. ive tried a few solutions so far but I'm losing hope. my client patcher has scanned nearly 40k files! IDK what to do help please. sincerely, Toga.

First, delete all LoL data files on your computer (with the launcher closed). Then, open up the launcher and click the "?" on the top bar of the launcher and select "Repair launcher". From there you can start installing again, please contact Riot via support ticket if this does not work
